Cancellation policy

Letras operates an online, subscription-based physical book rental and exchange service offering curated books in Portuguese for growing readers.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. All active subscriptions automatically renew and are billed monthly on the recurring billing date established for your subscription at the time of signup.
The recurring billing date may vary depending on the date your subscription is activated and the subscription settings applicable at that time. Where a scheduled billing date does not occur in a particular month, the charge will be processed on the last available day of that month.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your Letras subscription at any time without penalty. Cancellations can be executed independently by logging into your secure customer account portal on our website, or by sending an explicit written request to Letras customer support.
To avoid being billed for the next subscription cycle, your cancellation must be completed at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the next scheduled billing date.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
